I liked the inferences made in your outline. They are deep and insightful. I am assuming that you will use photos to support some of these inferences such as how the pictures characterize the NY population, how the backgrounds relate to these New Yorkers, and how the stories are representative of these New Yorkers. I also found the fact that you are writing a paragraph about Stanton's passion interesting. It certainly is unique in a sense, but could be incorporated in each paragraph instead of being a paragraph of its own. The information about how Stanton started the blog could be relocated to the background paragraph. This may help to possibly further your interpretations. Good luck with the rhetorical analysis!
The outline sounds awesome and it's good to see how developed your thesis was from where it was in class! But everything could always be worded a little better! The organization of the paper seems logical thus far, good job!

Your thesis is definitely an interesting one, and your paragraph(s) involving how his framing of the persons photographed, especially of the subjects' faces, will certainly be quite insightful. I would be careful about saying that the person's face is the most noticeable physical thing on the person--some people in the photos are wearing some garish clothes. Talk about them--see if they are of any connection to Stanton's passion.
